RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 15 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the merchandise total. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless product arrives damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation and Change Your Order:
If you decide you no longer want your order, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-255-2990 as soon as possible during regular business hours: 8am – 5 pm PST. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price once the product is returned to our fulfillment center. Only orders that arrive with damaged or incorrect product will result in a refund of your purchase price, plus shipping fees. Any other returns will not be refunded shipping fees.

Uprights / Rolling Suitcases
Newer-styled suitcases, which are configured to stand vertically, are much easier to pull through an airport, because of their retractable handles and wheels. Sizes may vary from 18" to 32" in height, depending on the luggage design and purpose. Rolling uprights are available in a wide range of materials, such as polyester, nylon, cotton, or even plastic. Many are expandable and a variety of additional features may be available, such as pockets, pouches, etc.
The definition of a "Carry-on" has changed over the years. Currently, it refers to a luggage product (upright suitcase, duffel, tote, etc.) in which its size fits the requirement of the majority of airlines to carry it onto the airplane and store in the overhead compartment. Carry-on's vary in size, but generally do not exceed 22" (in height) and are designed for short trips. Many feature inside and outside pockets, more than one packing compartment, and shoulder straps or handles. *See below for a list of airline requirements for carry-on luggage
Totes and Casual Bags
Totes are casual, all-purpose bags which are, on average, smaller than carry-on's and can come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Some totes are designed for travel and match a full line of luggage. The simplest totes look like open-top shopping bags made of polyester or leather. Other totes might feature zippered waterproof pockets, expandable bottoms, and shoulder straps.
Garment Bags and Carriers
The basic idea of a garment bag is to permit travelers to pack their clothes on hangers to avoid wrinkling. Garment bags are designed to hold two to four garments. Garment carriers are portable "closets" on hangers. Garment bags range in length from 40" for men's suits to 54" for women's dresses, and many can expand to 60" for evening clothes.
Available in a variety of sizes ranging from small cases for handbags to large traveling cases; they are made of leather, vinyl, or fabric with coated, water-repellant linings, and have zipper or snap closures. These kits are mostly used to carry toiletry and or cosmetic items.

LUGGAGE CARE INSTRUCTION
Polyester is a durable and resilient fabric. It has excellent abrasion resistance. For best results, clean the surface with mild soap and water using a soft rag. Do not saturate the fabric. For best results, clean the entire panel, not just the soiled area. After your fabric has been cleaned, spray it with Scotchguard to restore its water, dirt and stain-resistant properties. Do not use these cleaners on leather trim.
Ballistic nylon is treated with Teflon to repel water, dirt and stains, which makes cleaning your luggage easy. Clean with mild soap and water and a nylon-bristled brush. Do not saturate the fabric. For best results, clean the entire panel, not just the soiled area. Foaming upholstery cleaners made for wool-nylon blend fabrics also work well. After your fabric has been cleaned, spray it with Scotchguard to restore its water, dirt and stain-resistant properties. Do not use these cleaners on leather trim.
Avoid oiling locks or hinges, since oils may leak in and stain case linings or clothing. If hardware should become scratched, rub lightly with fine steel wool and re-seal with lacquer or clear nail polish The cleaning products mentioned are available at leading grocery and chain stores nationwide. As always, when using any commercial cleaning product, follow the manufacturer's directions carefully.
